Together we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build sustainable habits, and cultivate the resilience to maintain them. Coaching is collaborative, client-centered, and designed around your real life.

Mindfulness & Adaptive Yoga
Gentle, inclusive movement and guided mindfulness practices suited to a wide range of abilities. Sessions are trauma-sensitive, choice-based, and designed to support emotional safety and reconnection with your body. Available virtually or in-person at the client's location.
