What is Health & Well-Being Coaching?

What to Expect

Health & wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered partnership that supports sustainable behavior change to improve your overall well-being. I use Duke’s Wheel of Health framework to connect the dots across key areas of well-being. Instead of working on one habit, we’re strengthening the system that supports you.

What my Coaching is

  • A supportive process to clarify your vision, values, and priorities for well-being.

  • A whole-person lens that considers how stress, sleep, movement, nourishment, relationships, purpose, and environment affect each other.

  • Skill-building for motivation, confidence, self-compassion, and follow-through.

  • Goal-setting that fits your real life: small steps, realistic plans, and accountability.

  • Based on my training in mindfulness, meditation and yoga, I can provide additional services in these areas to help you build resiliency, physical mobility, and stress management – if you request it.

How I work with You

We meet bi-weekly, with a session package tailored to your needs. Our first session is an in-depth conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and what's getting in the way. From there, we build goals together — broken into small, manageable action steps that fit your real life. In each session that follows, we check in on your progress, celebrate wins, and adjust the plan as you grow.
