At EquaTerra Wellness, I help clients across Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio reduce stress, build resilience, and reconnect with a grounded, balanced way of being through mindful movement, meditation, and whole-person wellness coaching and education.
All experiences are trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive; they are choice-based, supportive, and designed to prioritize emotional safety and autonomy.

That’s why I approach each class, workshop, and presentation with a trauma-informed, trauma-sensitive lens that honors emotional safety, consent, and choice — so you can participate in a way that feels supportive, steady, and empowering.
