Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn defines mindfulness as paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.
I incorporate these tenets in every class, workshop, and presentation. Mindful practices support nervous system regulation - helping your body shift from stress into a calmer, steadier state.

We never stop thinking. In mindful practices, we notice and gently return to an anchor (like the breath) when our minds wander.

Adaptive yoga uses props and modifications (including chairs) to make practice more accessible - especially for chronic pain, limited mobility, or injury recovery. Chair yoga may be part of it, along with standing or floor-based options. How you move (or not) is up to you and your comfort level.
Classes are designed to calm and focus the mind, and to relieve stress and chronic pain. Participants may experience increased flexibility and improved mobility.

No. Everything is taught in simple steps with options, so you can participate at your own pace. This is about feeling good and supported - in your body, and your mind.

Workshops combine education with hands-on experience. A workshop includes a teaching segment, guided practices, facilitated reflection/discussion, and practical take-home tools. Workshops require more customization and preparation than classes.

Heath and wellness coaching is a collaborative process that helps you clarify what you want for your overall well-being, especially if you feel stuck, stressed, or confused. Together, we choose small, realistic steps and simple strategies that fit your real life, with steady support for follow-through.
